So many people are not respectful of ones personal space. It’s a little autistic. Very irritating.

Cool little trick about throwing the pencil just a little out of reach to give you an excuse to move away. Very polite and considerate of you, but I’m sure your stuper was oblivious to all that. - Personally, I don’t see anything wrong with picking up and moving to another spot. Boundaries. No sense in exposing myself unnecessarily to heavy doses of stuper. I’d rather spend my precious time and karma in harmony with my own species, than with a dissonant stuper.

That reminds me of the quote by Anais Nin: We see the world not as it is, but as we are.

But sometimes (today was a day like that for me today and yes, more rants will be forthcoming on my blog) you just have to admit: the world is full of people who have made stuper choices leading to stuper lives. And then they foist their stupership on the rest of us.

To use a word bandied about quite a bit here lately, it’s “unsustainable.”

It’s all about being considerate of others. Stupers are not considerate of others. That’s what makes them stupid.
