But in light of what we know today it is delusional, indeed insane to accept such ideas, or theologies as the rapture and end of the world nonsense. Eople just don't suddenly vanish into the thin air. Christ must have believed the world was flat. That was accepted as truth at that time but Coppernicus and Galileo proved differnt. They, of course, were denounced as heretics. Yet there are still those among us who belong to the flat earth society. The world as we know it will change, it will evolve. We may even be hit by and asteroid. There may be some great cataclysmic event. But that is the nature of our world and universe. God and religion have nothing at all to due with these events but religious nut cakes and zealots will always cast such events as acts of God. Isn't it just wonderful haow religion has srewed up the thinking of the weak minded. I am an idiot. I was born yesterday and I can't think for myself so I'll let all the self righteous religious nut cakes do my thinking for me. Right? I don't think so!
